Delivery

*Royal Mail may be changing deliveries of all non-first class letters to every other weekday. This may delay your order and there is nothing that we can do about it except to continue to dispatch on time. Please concider upgrading to 1st class.

Free postage is included on all orders over £7.95. This option will become available at checkout when your order meets this requirement. We do not post outside the United Kingdom or dispatch on Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays. Orders are dispatched on average within two working days after payment has been received. Please make sure that you place your order well in advance to avoid disappointment. Once an order has been dispatched it is out of our hands and in the hands of the courier to get it delivered in time. Please be advised that dispatch time is not the same as delivery time, these are two separate times.

Single and small orders are dispatched using Royal Mail large letter or small parcel when needed. Royal Mail estimate 2 – 3 working days for standard delivery, please allow for this time frame after dispatch. Large orders (trade) will be delivered by DPD. A signature will always be required for this service. If you have a preferred courier please let us know and we will arrange for that courier to be used however you will have to pay for the difference. Large orders take longer to produce so we will need to agree on a lead time and price before production will begin. Payment is due at the time of ordering via one of the accepted payment methods. Please note that during busy periods we may not be able to accept bulk orders.

If you have not paid the correct amount to cover your chosen postage, your order will be cancelled and refunded in full.

We reserve the right to change the postal service chosen at checkout to an alternative service. We also reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order that does not comply with our terms, we believe to have been made in error or the payment or postal address is incorrect.
